What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We ask for photo ID for all adult guests by email before you arrive.
How many people can stay?
Up to four guests: a king bedroom and a twin room. Children (2 to 12) and infants (under 2) are welcome.
How does check-in work?
The front door has a keypad, and we send you the code on the morning of check-in. Check-in is from 15:00, and we ask for photo ID from all adults by email beforehand.
Is there parking?
Yes, free driveway parking for two cars, with plenty of street parking too.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets. The house is also non-smoking inside.
What if my plans change?
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. Full details are on our cancellation policy page.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, high-speed WiFi throughout, and a smart TV in the living area.

How far is the beach?
Avon Beach is about a 17-minute walk, and Christchurch is around five minutes by car. There is a small supermarket just across the road, and local pubs and cafés within walking distance.
